The Local Organising Committee appointed Monomax PCO as the official Service Agency for the Conference.
A large number of hotel rooms at competitive rates in various hotels of different price categories have been reserved to accommodate Conference Participants.
The hotel accommodation for participants is offered at the hotels situated not far from the Conference Venue:
“Holiday Inn Moskovskye Vorota” 4* (Conference Venue), “Staybridge Suites St.Petersburg” 5*, “Original Sokos Hotel Olympia Garden” 4*, “Park Inn by Radisson Pulkovskaya” 4*, “Rossiya” 3*, mini-hotel “U Fontana” 2*.
To make your hotel reservation and payment please:
1) first register at the Conference web site (on-line registration),
2) enter your Personal weboffice using your username and password,
3) click "Hotel Accommodation", make your choice and fill in necessary registration fields, press “Submit”,
4) for double/twin rooms shared with accompayning person or other participant, please indicate the name of the accompanying person/other participant into the Comments field; we will halve the bill if needed,
5) to find more information about the payment procedure see "Payment" section.
The period of guaranteed hotel reservation is September 8-15, 2017. If you want to book accommodation for earlier or later dates please send the request to igelu2017@onlinereg.ru
Hotel reservation deadline is August 01, 2017. If the information is given after this date the Conference Secretariat has the right to alter reservations in case the preferable hotel is no longer available.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The whole period of your stay in the hotel should be fully paid in advance before August 01, 2017 in order to guarantee accommodation.
For participants from Russia there is a possibility of payment on-site in case of providing a letter of guarantee (гарантийное письмо об оплате наличными на месте на бланке организации).
- The hotel reservation will be confirmed ONLY after receiving the payment.
- According to Russian legislation all people with citizenship other than Russian are required to be registered with local immigration authorities everywhere they day across the Russian Federation. Please be informed that registration service fee must be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival (RUB 250 - 350 per person).

CANCELLATION TERMS:
Information about the hotel accommodation cancellation should be made in written form only and forwarded by e-mail: igelu2017@onlinereg.ru
For cancellations received before and on August 05, 2017 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).
If cancellation is made from August 06, 2017 till your check-in date, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be kept back. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed.
For cancellation received after your check-in date - no refund!
All refunds are made within 2 weeks after the Conference.
